Audit & Finance Committee

Base is an audited company with a rigid backbone.
Base's internal audit team and external audit consultants operate on a regular and monthly basis. This ensure smooth production and checks that Base never lacks financially. Besides that, Base has an audit firm, who prepare Base's yearly audit-report, and tax-consultants, which can assure that Base and all its employees punctually pay a handsome amount of annual tax to the Bangladeshi government.

Quality Management Team

Throughout its decade-long operation, BASE has perfected its Quality Management System (QMS). BASE has been awarded the ISO 9001-2008 certificate, for its QMS. Thus it can assure organized production and on-time delivery.It’s highly experienced Quality Management Team - consisting of local and foreign personnel - carries out all orders in a remarkably organized manner. To implement Total Quality Management (TQM), this team has been structurally re-shuffling various organizational processes.
